Moeko Ezaki has received many awards and honours for her outstanding musical accomplishments. Most notably, she was awarded prizes at the 8th Verona International Piano Competition in Italy (2nd prize, the Classic Sonata Special Award, the Best female talent Special Award) and at the 26th Epinal International Piano Competition in France (prizewinner, the “Orchestre Symphonique et Lyrique de Nancy” Award, the S.A.C.E.M. Contemporary Music Award). She also received 2nd prize at the 4th Tokyo Piano Competition and 2nd prize at the Salzburg=Mozart International Chamber Music Competition.
Born in Tokyo, Moeko spent some years in Amman, Jordan and was raised in Japan. After graduating from Toho-Gakuen Music High School, Moeko moved to Paris to study at La Schola Cantorum with Theodore Paraschivesco. She completed her master's diploma at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSMDP) under the tutelage of Frank Braley and Haruko Ueda. From 2019 she studied at the University of Music and Theatre Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Leipzig with Gerald Fauth where she received her artist diploma (Meisterklasseexamen) with highest marks in 2022, and where she currently has a teaching contract.
Since 2012, Moeko has been giving recitals and concerts across the globe, including in Japan, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy and Pakistan. She recently played Prokofiev’s 3rd piano concerto with MDR-Sinfonieorchester in the Weimarhalle and also with the Hochschulsinfonieorchester der HMT Leipzig under the baton of Matthias Foremny in the Großer Saal Gewandhaus. In addition, she performed Beethoven's 3rd piano concerto with Tokyo New City Orchestra under the baton of Takashi Nitta and Mozart's piano concerto for 2 pianos with Haruko Ueda, conducted by Heiichiro Ohyama in Japan. She was a soloist in the concert “Prélude” in the Philharmonie de Paris and was named one of the Chanel Pygmalion Days Artists and gave 6 solo recitals in the prestigious "Pygmalion Days Concert Series", organized by CHANEL K. K. at Nexus Hall, Tokyo, where she played a wide repertoire from a variety of musical periods.
With her extraordinary talent and elegant interpretation, she has been active in chamber music performances in recent years with many renowned artists. She has performed in Berlin Philharmonie Kammermusiksaal, Gewandhaus Mendelssohn Saal and Dresden Staatsoper. In 2023 she completed a project featuring all of Beethoven’s violin sonatas with Mayuko Ishigami at the Nexus Hall in Tokyo. She was also invited to various music festivals, including the 40th festival de musique St Amand de Vergt and Journées Ravel de Montfort L'Amaury.
Fluent in Japanese, English, French and German, Moeko is an avid reader, which has enabled her to cultivate her own perspectives and appreciation in literature.

Née à Tokyo, Moeko Ezaki étudie au Conservatoire Toho-Gakuen avant de poursuivre sa formation en France à partir 2012. Après avoir obtenu un Diplôme de virtuosité dans la classe de Théodore Paraschivesco à la Schola Cantorum de Paris, elle intègre le Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) dans la classe d’Emmanuel Strosser puis dans celle de Frank Braley et Haruko Ueda où elle obtient son Master en 2018. À partir de 2019, elle suit un cursus de Meister (Diplôme d’Artiste) à l'Université de musique et de théâtre Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Leipzig en Allemagne dans la classe de Gerald Fauth où elle obtient son diplôme d'artiste (Meisterklasseexamen) à l'unanimité avec félicitation du jury en 2022. Également passionnée de musique de chambre, elle travaille avec Gérard Poulet, Michaël Hentz et François Salque.
Lauréate de nombreux concours, elle remporte le 2ème Prix et le Prix de Sonate Classique au 8ème Concours International de Vérone en Italie, le 4ème Prix au 26ème Concours International de Piano d'Épinal doublé du Prix de l’Orchestre symphonique et lyrique de Nancy et du Prix de Musique Contemporaine de la S.A.C.E.M. Elle obtient également les 2èmes Prix du Concours International de Musique de Chambre de Salzbourg-Mozart et du 4ème Concours de Piano de Tokyo.
Depuis 2012, Moeko se produit au Japon, en France (Grande Salle Pierre Boulez de la Philharmonie de Paris en 2015), en Belgique, en Allemagne, en Autriche, en Italie et au Pakistan, que ce soit en soliste ou en musique de chambre. Elle a récemment interprété le 3ème Concerto de Prokofiev avec MDR Sinfonieorchester à Weimarhalle et également avec Sinfonieorchester der Leipziger Hochschule, dirigé par Matthias Foremny à Gewandhaus Leipzig. En 2018, elle est sélectionnée par la ‘‘Chanel Pygmalion Days Artiste’’ et donne six récitals dans le cadre des ‘‘Pygmalion Days Concert Series’’ organisés par CHANEL K. K. au Nexus Hall de Tokyo. Elle se produit également dans de nombreux festivals comme le 40ème Festival de musique de St Amand de Vergt ou encore les Journées Ravel de Montfort L'Amaury en France.
Moeko Ezaki wurde in Tokio geboren. Sie kann bereits auf eine rege Konzerttätigkeit verweisen und gab zahlreiche Soloabende und Kammermusikkonzerte in Japan, Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Belgien, Österreich und Pakistan. Im Jahr 2022 spielte sie in Partnerschaft mit dem MDR Sinfonieorchester als Solistin des 3. Klavierkonzerts von Sergej Prokofjew in der Weimarhalle, so wie mit dem Sinfonieorchester der Leipziger Hochschule für Musik und Theater und Matthias Foremny im Großen Saal des Gewandhauses zu Leipzig im Jahr 2021. 2015 hatte sie ihr Debüt als Solistin des « Concert Prélude » im Großen Saal der Pariser Philharmonie.
Die junge Pianistin absolvierte die in Japan hoch angesehene Toho Music High School und studierte anschließend sowohl im Bachelor- als auch im Masterstudiengang am Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) bei den Professoren Frank Braley und Haruko Ueda. Ab 2019 studierte sie an der Leipziger Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" bei Prof. Gerald Fauth, wo sie im Sommer 2022 ihr Meisterschülerstudium erfolgreich mit dem Gesamtprädikat „Mit Auszeichnung bestanden“ absolviert. Seit 2023 ist sie als Lehrbeauftragte an der Leipziger Musikhochschule tätig.
Ebenfalls hat Moeko Ezaki beim 8. Internationalen Klavierwettbewerb in Verona/Italien den 2. Preis sowie Spezialpreise als beste weibliche Teilnehmerin und für die beste Interpretation einer klassischen Sonate gewonnen. In den Jahren davor erspielte sie sich den vierten Preis sowie die Sonderpreise "Orchestre Symphonique et Lyrique de Nancy" und "S.A.C.E.M. Contemporary Music" beim 26. International Piano Competition Epinal in Epinal/Frankreich sowie den Zweiten Preis beim Internationalen Salzburg-Mozart Wettbewerb für Kammermusik und beim 4. Internationalen Klavierwettbewerb in Tokio/Japan.
2020/2021 war sie Stipendiatin der Stiftung Elfrun Ga- briel. 2021/2022 wurde sie aufgrund außergewöhnlicher Studienleistungen für das Sächsischen Landesstipendiums ausgewählt.
江崎萌子
ライプツィヒ・ゲヴァントハウス大ホール、パリ・フィルハーモニーブーレーズホールにてソリストを務めたのをはじめ、日本、ドイツ、フランスを中心に演奏活動を行う。これまでに東京交響楽団、中部ドイツ放送交響楽団、Orchestre symphonique et lyrique de Nancy 等と共演。シャネル・ピグマリオン・デイズアーティストとして東京・ネクサスホールにて全六回のソロリサイタルを行う。
第8回ヴェローナ国際コンクール（イタリア）第2位およびクラシックソナタ賞、女性演奏家賞受賞。 その他、第26回エピナル国際コンクール（フランス）入賞およびオーケストラ賞、現代曲賞、第80回日本音楽コンクールピアノ部門入選、第4回東京ピアノコンクール第2位など国内外で入賞を重ねる。
室内楽にも数多く取り組み、ベルリンフィルハーモニー室内楽ホール、ゲヴァントハウスメンデルスゾーンザールにて演奏するほか、Festival de musique St Amand de Vergt、ラヴェル音楽祭、Music Dialogueディスカバリーシリーズ、シャネル室内楽シリーズ等に出演。ザルツブルク=モーツァルト国際室内楽コンクール第2位受賞。
桐朋女子高等学校音楽科首席卒業後、パリスコラ・カントルム音楽院にてテオドール・パラスキヴェスコ、パリ国立高等音楽院にてフランク・ブラレイ、上田晴子の各氏に師事し修士課程を卒業。ライプツィヒ・メンデルスゾーン音楽大学演奏家課程にてゲラルド・ファウト氏のもと研鑽を積み、2022年最高点で国家演奏家資格を取得、2023年より同大学にて教鞭を取る。またメナヘム・プレスラー、マリア・ジョアン・ピレシュ各氏の薫陶を受ける。2019年度ヤマハ音楽振興会音楽奨学支援奨学生。
